Privacy

This is the website of Museu do Tempo e das Estrelas. It uses no cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Here is, in short, what happens to your data.

Visit counting

The site itself counts visits and clicks on its buttons (WhatsApp, phone, map, menu, orders sent, questions to the assistant), so the business knows what works. Each count holds only: the page, the kind of click, the site you came from (just its name, like “google.com”), phone or computer, the country and the browser's language, for an order sent, the items and quantities, and for a question to the assistant, its rough topic (the part of the site that best matches it), never the question's text. It does not store your IP address, cookies, or any code that identifies you or links your visits. The numbers are kept for up to 3 months, at Cloudflare; daily totals, with nothing about who visited, are kept longer.

Orders and WhatsApp

An order built on the site, or a message through the WhatsApp button, goes from your WhatsApp straight to the business. The site does not keep the message, your name or your number, and never touches the payment.

AI assistant

Questions are answered by Cloudflare's artificial intelligence models (Workers AI), based on the content of this site.

The conversation stays only in your browser tab and is gone when you close the tab. It is not stored on the server.

To prevent abuse, the assistant counts each connection's questions for 10 minutes. It uses a code derived from the IP address for that; the address itself is not stored.

A random conversation code only keeps counters (how many questions were asked), for up to 24 hours.

Answers to frequent questions are kept to answer faster, with nothing about who asked.

Only when a question looks like abuse or an attempt to trick the assistant are the question, the conversation and the answer kept, for up to 90 days, for review.

Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile

To protect the assistant from bots, this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It works invisibly when you open the conversation: it checks the browser and sends technical data (such as the IP address and browser information) to Cloudflare.

Cloudflare's processing of that data follows the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Hosting and questions

The site is made and hosted by Da Região, on Cloudflare, which receives the technical data of each visit (such as the IP address) to deliver the pages and protect the site; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. Questions about your data: contact Museu do Tempo e das Estrelas.
